Christine Miller listened to her inner calling and rerouted her international professional path to become co-founder of Solar Wheatgrass, in Brazil.
Meet Christine Miller from Solar Wheatgrass
LM: Christine, you have quite an international background. Tell us a bit about your life journey so far.
CM: I was born in Brazil from a British-Belgian father and a Brazilian-Italian mother. I lived in many countries from the age of 4 to 30, such as in Ecuador, Portugal and the USA with my parents, and in Thailand, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Chile and Mexico on my own for work. I came back to Brazil about 8 years ago to finally settle down in the countryside.
LM: A few years ago you enrolled in an unconventional health course at the Quantum University. What made you choose that path?
CM: My first Bachelor´s degree was in International Relations and as much as I loved the international opportunities that this field of study provided me, later on in life I became much more interested in finding out who I really was and what was my purpose on this planet. So I started by undergoing some holistic therapy sessions and realized how much more there is beyond what our eyes can actually see. Before I knew it, I was taking courses in different Energy Healing Techniques and as time went by I decided to study this subject deeper. So I found Quantum University which offers a Holistic Health Science Program focusing on Quantum Healing, from undergrad to PHD, and this program seemed to be the perfect fit for me.

LM: How was your experience at Quantum University and how did it impact your outlook on holistic therapies?
CM: So far the experience has been great. We look at all sorts of subjects such as Quantum Physics, Chinese medicine, Indian medicine, Aromatherapy, Hypnosis, NLP, Neuroscience, Biofeedback, Nutrition, Meditation and so much more… It has been truly mind-opening and has helped me to expand my consciousness. The biggest impact so far is realizing that there are so many ways to naturally heal our bodies, we just have to be creative with all these therapies.
LM: Then came the Solar Wheatgrass project. What does it involve?
CM: Solar Wheatgrass is a small company my partner and I developed to produce organic wheatgrass chlorophyll and other natural healing products such as colloidal silver and superfoods. We started locally with natural products and now we have an e-commerce with a wider range of products including things such as water filters and quantum products.
LM: Why did you choose wheatgrass as your key product? Why is it so special?
CM: Wheatgrass is the most nutrient-rich source of chlorophyll there is and due to its healing properties, it has become a must for anyone who wishes to detox and heal from any disease. What makes it special is that the molecule of wheatgrass chlorophyll is almost identical to the molecule of human blood, the only difference in its structure is that it contains magnesium instead of iron. This makes it extremely easy to be absorbed by the body, in about 15-20 minutes. Chlorophyll has the ability to detox, oxygenate, alkalinize and nurture the body, which are all the things necessary for natural healing.
LM: What about the therapies you offer at Solar Wheatgrass, what are they for and how do they work?
CM: Apart from the products we sell, we also offer a selection of Holistic therapies which are: Reiki, Bach Florals, Access Bars, Auriculotherapy, Crystal Bowl healing, Thetahealing and Detox Counseling.
LM: Solar Wheatgrass offers a vast range of health products. Are they sourced locally, in Brazil? Do you ship around the globe?
CM: We ship our products all over Brazil, except for the chlorophyll which is frozen. This one we only deliver locally, but it does last a trip of up to 12 hours (packed in a box with a lot of ice) in case someone wants to take it with them.
LM: Can any of the therapies you offer be administered online?
CM: At this moment we are not doing online consultations due to lack of time with our business, but in the future, we will open to administer all therapies that can be done at a distance.

LM: Did the COVID-19 pandemic influence the demand for health products and holistic therapies in Brazil? How did it affect you?
CM: The pandemic actually increased the demand of our products, especially colloidal silver which is known as a millenary antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal which helps our immune system. It is clear to see that more people are realizing the importance of taking care of their health, especially in a preventive way.
LM: What are your future plans?
CM: Future plans are to expand our range of products as well as increase our production of chlorophyll. Now we produce only enough for local clients, but in the future, the goal is to have a bigger stock as well as the logistics to be able to ship the frozen chlorophyll all over Brazil.
