Vegan Protein Rich Smoothie Strawberry
Feel the power of this delicious vegan protein rich strawberry smoothie.
Packed with protein, fibre, Omega-3 fatty acids, and lots of more goodness, this creamy delight will keep you going for a few hours with no cravings.
Drink the vegan protein rich strawberry smoothie for breakfast, before or after training or even as a healthy and filling snack.
Remember to drink lots of water during the day in order to keep hydrated.

Ingredients

2 Tbs organic Rolled oats
- 1 Measure of vegan pea protein powder (vanilla flavour)

1 Tea spoon organic Chia seeds
- 1 Tea spoon of organic virgin coconut oil
- 4 Big strawberries
TOPPING

Mixed seeds (pumpkin. sunflower, sesame, goji berries)
PREPARATION
- Melt the coconut oil in one cup* of hot water.
- Put inside the blender cup all the ingredients (including the water with the melted coconut oil) and mix for 2 minutes.

Let the mix rest for 5 minutes then blend again.

Serve in a large glass and let it rest for about 15 minutes to half an hour, in order for the flax seeds and chia seeds to expand, creating a thicker consistency.(Place in the fridge if you prefer to drink it chilled.)
* (1 US Cup = 240 ml)
TOPPING

Cut strawberries in small pieces and put on top of smoothie. (Add some strawberries for additional freshness)

Sprinkle your favourite mixed seeds. In this case, I added my personal mix of pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, and goji berries.
